Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all activity conducted through the OmniRouters website, console, APIs, documentation, and related tools.

1. Basic Principle

You may use OmniRouters only for lawful, legitimate, authorized, and policy-compliant purposes. You may not use the platform to conduct, facilitate, scale, or evade any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Unlawful or Infringing Content

You may not use OmniRouters to generate, process, store, distribute, or support:

• unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, violent, or clearly harmful content
• malicious impersonation, deceptive identity simulation, unauthorized likeness use, or misleading deepfakes

2.2 Security and Platform Abuse

You may not:

• bypass authentication, rate limits, permissions, or other security controls
• scan, probe, attack, overload, scrape, mirror, or interfere with the platform or related infrastructure
• distribute malware, ransomware, botnet controls, credential theft tools, or other malicious software
• engage in credential stuffing, account compromise attempts, card abuse, or other malicious access activity

2.3 Child Safety and Zero Tolerance for CSAM

OmniRouters maintains zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any sexual exploitation or sexualization of children. Regardless of whether content is real, synthetic, edited, deepfake, or wholly or partly AI-generated, you may not use OmniRouters to:

• generate, edit, transform, upload, store, distribute, display, solicit, trade, or facilitate access to CSAM
• depict, simulate, imply, or glorify sexual conduct, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, sexual nudity, or sexualized roleplay involving a person under 18
• groom, sexually extort, sexually harass, traffic, or otherwise exploit a minor
• evade safety safeguards, age protections, classifiers, hash matching, review, or reporting systems in order to create or distribute such content
• use a minor's real or synthetic likeness, voice, identity, or personal information to create sexualized content, including content described as fictional, artistic, roleplay, or age-ambiguous

Where a depicted person's age is unclear but appearance, context, prompts, metadata, or other information provides reasonable grounds to believe the person may be under 18, we may treat the content as involving a minor. To protect children, we may act without prior notice to block requests, restrict features, revoke API keys, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve necessary records, and report matters to competent authorities, law enforcement, or recognized child-protection reporting organizations where required or permitted by applicable law.

2.4 Fraud and Improper Commercial Conduct

You may not use OmniRouters for:

• phishing, fake support scams, payment fraud, spam, traffic manipulation, or deceptive marketing
• concealing or falsifying the true source of requests, payment responsibility, or business identity
• activity that violates payment network rules, sanctions obligations, export restrictions, or other applicable regulations

2.5 High-Risk or Sensitive Uses

Without appropriate safeguards, independent review, and legal authority where required, you may not rely on OmniRouters outputs as the sole basis for:

• employment, dismissal, performance evaluation, or education admissions
• lending, credit, insurance, housing, or public benefit eligibility decisions
• medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, legal advice, or law enforcement judgments
• identity verification, live surveillance, sensitive profiling, or other high-risk automated decisions

2.6 Intellectual Property and Data Compliance

You may not:

• upload or process data, code, documents, models, or assets that you are not authorized to use
• process third-party personal data without an adequate legal basis, notice, or authorization
• instruct OmniRouters to circumvent product restrictions, third-party rules, or legal obligations

3. Investigation and Enforcement

We may identify and investigate potential violations through automated detection, hash or feature matching, anomalous behavior analysis, human review, user reports, third-party notices, and legal requests. In determining an appropriate response, we may consider the nature, severity, impact, intent, repetition, account history, urgency, and applicable legal requirements. We may take one or more of the following actions:

• provide education or warnings, require removal or correction, request clarification, or require remediation
• block, reject, or remove relevant requests, inputs, outputs, files, public sharing links, or other content
• restrict models, media generation, file uploads, sharing, rates, concurrency, regions, or other features
• suspend or revoke API keys, tokens, accounts, or related access
• permanently terminate accounts and services for severe, intentional, repeated, or safeguard-evasion violations
• freeze or deny related refunds in accordance with the Terms of Service and Billing and Refund Policy
• preserve necessary logs and evidence, and disclose or report them to competent authorities, law enforcement, affected parties, upstream providers, or recognized reporting organizations where required or permitted by applicable law

For a first-time violation that is minor and remediable, we may provide a warning or require corrective action. For CSAM, child sexual exploitation, imminent danger, material fraud, malware, system attacks, safeguard evasion, or repeated violations, we may act immediately without prior warning, including restriction, suspension, termination, evidence preservation, and reporting. The scope and duration of an action may be adjusted as risk changes.

4. Reporting Channel and Review Timelines

Anyone may report content or conduct suspected of violating this policy through:

• Reporting email: support@omnirouters.com
• Recommended subject: “Content Safety Report”; for child-safety matters, use “CSAM Report”

Please provide, where available: the relevant page or resource URL, model name, request ID, account or API key name (never the full key), date/time and time zone, a description of the concern, and sanitized screenshots or logs that help us locate the issue. When reporting suspected CSAM, do not download, copy, forward, or attach the suspected illegal material; provide only locating information. If a child or any person is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services as well.

Where a report contains enough information to identify the issue and the reporter provides valid contact information, we commit to the following targets:

• acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• complete an initial review within 72 hours and, where appropriate, indicate whether enforcement has been taken or remains under assessment
• prioritize reports involving CSAM, immediate danger to a child, or other urgent safety risks, and take interim protective action as soon as reasonably practicable

Complex matters, cross-platform evidence gathering, identity verification, legal requirements, or third-party cooperation may require additional time. In those cases, we will provide reasonable progress updates unless disclosure is prohibited by law or restricted to protect victims, preserve investigative confidentiality, or prevent safeguard evasion. These timelines are service targets; they do not prevent immediate legal or safety action and do not guarantee a particular final determination or outcome.

An appeal should identify the relevant account, enforcement notice, request ID where available, grounds for appeal, and supporting information. An appeal does not automatically stay interim measures taken to protect children, safety, lawful rights, or compliance with law. We may reassess the matter and uphold, modify, or reverse the action based on additional information.
