Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all activity conducted through the OmniRouters website, console, APIs, documentation, and related tools.
1. Basic Principle
You may use OmniRouters only for lawful, legitimate, authorized, and policy-compliant purposes. You may not use the platform to conduct, facilitate, scale, or evade any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Unlawful or Infringing Content
You may not use OmniRouters to generate, process, store, distribute, or support:
- unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or fraudulent content
- defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, violent, or clearly harmful content
- malicious impersonation, deceptive identity simulation, unauthorized likeness use, or misleading deepfakes
2.2 Security and Platform Abuse
You may not:
- bypass authentication, rate limits, permissions, or other security controls
- scan, probe, attack, overload, scrape, mirror, or interfere with the platform or related infrastructure
- distribute malware, ransomware, botnet controls, credential theft tools, or other malicious software
- engage in credential stuffing, account compromise attempts, card abuse, or other malicious access activity
2.3 Fraud and Improper Commercial Conduct
You may not use OmniRouters for:
- phishing, fake support scams, payment fraud, spam, traffic manipulation, or deceptive marketing
- concealing or falsifying the true source of requests, payment responsibility, or business identity
- activity that violates payment network rules, sanctions obligations, export restrictions, or other applicable regulations
2.4 High-Risk or Sensitive Uses
Without appropriate safeguards, independent review, and legal authority where required, you may not rely on OmniRouters outputs as the sole basis for:
- employment, dismissal, performance evaluation, or education admissions
- lending, credit, insurance, housing, or public benefit eligibility decisions
- medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, legal advice, or law enforcement judgments
- identity verification, live surveillance, sensitive profiling, or other high-risk automated decisions
2.5 Intellectual Property and Data Compliance
You may not:
- upload or process data, code, documents, models, or assets that you are not authorized to use
- process third-party personal data without an adequate legal basis, notice, or authorization
- instruct OmniRouters to circumvent product restrictions, third-party rules, or legal obligations
3. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have violated this policy or created material risk, we may:
- issue warnings, request clarification, or impose temporary restrictions
- suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API keys, or block requests
- deny or freeze refund requests
- preserve and disclose relevant records where required for security, legal, regulatory, or dispute-handling purposes
