- the type of request, such as access, correction, deletion, or explanation
- the relevant time period, data category, or service context
- documents reasonably necessary to verify identity or authorization, such as payment proof, account screenshots, or other supporting materials
3. How We Handle Requests
After receiving a complete request, we will:
- verify the requester and the relationship to the account, payment, or data at issue
- assess whether the request is applicable and whether it involves third-party rights, legal restrictions, trade secrets, or security concerns
- respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, or explain any refusal, limitation, or delay where permitted
For access or correction requests, we generally aim to respond or otherwise address the request within 40 calendar days after receiving complete materials, unless applicable law permits a different outcome or further explanation.
4. Fees
Unless otherwise required by law, we generally do not charge for correction requests. For access requests, where permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable fee reflecting the direct and necessary costs of retrieving, copying, compiling, or providing the requested records. If a fee applies, we will inform you before processing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may refuse, delay, or limit all or part of a request where:
- we cannot reasonably verify the requester or the requester’s authority
- the request is repetitive, excessive, abusive, or otherwise unreasonable
- responding would affect another person’s privacy, trade secrets, system security, or a confidential investigation
