Subprocessors and Third-Party Categories
Effective Date: March 25, 2026
OmniRouters may use third-party service providers, partners, and subprocessors to support hosting, payments, customer support, security, logging, model routing, and other operational activities. This page describes our public disclosure framework and the categories of third parties we may engage.
1. Scope of Disclosure
This page describes the types of subprocessors and third-party services OmniRouters may use. It does not guarantee that any specific vendor will remain unchanged, as providers may change depending on product architecture, region, payment methods, model availability, and compliance requirements.
Business customers that require a more detailed current list for contractual or compliance purposes may contact us.
2. Common Categories
| Category | Typical Purpose | Data Potentially Involved |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud infrastructure and storage | compute, networking, storage, backup, logging | account data, logs, settings, business data |
| Payment and fraud tools | top-ups, refunds, payment confirmation, fraud prevention | order information, payment status, transaction references |
| Support and communication tools | ticketing, email, customer support, notifications | contact details, support content, attachments |
| Security and operations tooling | monitoring, alerts, audit, troubleshooting, access control | logs, device data, event records |
| Third-party model and inference services | model routing and inference processing | prompts, inputs, context, files, outputs |
| Professional service providers | legal, audit, compliance, financial support | only information necessary for the relevant engagement |
3. How We Manage Subprocessors
We generally manage subprocessors and third parties through:
- security, capability, and compliance assessment prior to onboarding
- confidentiality, service, and data-handling terms where appropriate
- scope limitation so data is processed only as necessary for service delivery
- reasonable requirements relating to access control, incident notification, retention, deletion, and cross-border handling
- periodic review as services, risks, and compliance expectations evolve
4. Cross-Border and Model Routing
Because OmniRouters supports multiple models, infrastructure options, and payment channels, relevant data may be transferred outside Hong Kong depending on your selected services and routing. Please also review the Privacy Policy and the AI Usage Notice.
5. Business Customer Arrangements
For business customers that require more detailed subprocessor disclosures, notification commitments, or transfer safeguards, we may provide additional information through the applicable order form, master services agreement, data processing addendum, or related business documentation.
